Meet Kimberly Coseglia, Personal Fitness Trainer/Coach since 1991, and Heart&SoleCycle Cardiovascular Fitness Training Program creator and specialist! This Boulder, Coloradan is a former Spinning® Master Instructor with 12 years experience in the field setting up Spinning® Programs, certifying Instructors, and providing continuing education. She holds four different Heart Zones USA certifications, plus various others from personal training (ACE AFAA), inline skating (IISA), indoor cycling organizations, etc. and is a former EMT. The list goes on when you add to it her coaching experience in alpine skiing and racing as a former Women’s Pro Ski Tour competitor, mountain bike and road bike racer. She’s owned her own personal training/coaching and fitness business, Heart & Sole Personal Fitness Training, in Boulder County since 1996, with emphasis in building individualized whole body fitness programs for every ability level!
